After graduating college and working a series of uninspiring jobs, Lisbet Halverson found herself faced with the realization that her road to happiness was headed to the kitchen. Propelled by the idea that she could cook delicious food, make people happy, and be her own boss, Lisbet launched her own catering company. Twenty-five years and countless satisfied clients later, Ravishing Radish is a Seattle institution. All this time later, Lisbet still loves food, she still grows herbs in her own garden, and she’s still the Head Radish, presiding over the dynamic company.
Today, Lisbet works with her incredible team preparing extraordinary food and helping create beautiful events. They also pride themselves on their versatility, and are equally at home catering formal events in the most elegant of venues and orchestrating a plated dinner for 200 at a wooded campground in the Pacific Northwest.
